Imphal, Dated 30th May 2022

No. MU/14/UGC (SAP–DRS II)/2022: It is hereby notified for information to all concerned that with reference to the tender No. MU/14/Physics/SAP/DRS-II/2018 (01) dated 11.03.2022 for procurement of equipments for UGC SAP (DRS II) programme under Department of Physics, MU, the following firms has been recommended as technically qualified for opening of price bid as per the approval of the Vice Chancellor, MU based on the recommendation of the Technical Committee. The recommended firms are

  1. M/s Perkin Elmer (India) Pvt. Ltd., Kolkata

  2. M/s Nucleonix India Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad and

  3. M/s Converge India Pvt. Ltd., Guwahati.

 

The opening of the price bid is scheduled on 01.06.2022 at 01.00 P.M. in the office chamber of Finance Officer. Representative of the firms who are interested in attending the price bid opening may do at the scheduled time.

Concerned official viz Dean (School of Mathematical and Physical Sciences), HoD (Deptt. of Physics), Coordinator (UGC SAP (DRS-II, Deptt. of Physics), Finance Officer and Purchase Officer are requested to be present for the meeting.
