Today Manipur University NSS Units I and II jointly organized World Toilet Day (19th November, 2021) and Quami Ekta Week (19th to 25th November 2021) at MU Centenary Open Air Theatre. During the program Dr. Vivek Vaishnav, Assistant Professor, Department of Forestry and Environmental Science, Manipur University given a thematic talk on “Role of common man on Environmental Challenges and Opportunities” and interacted with our Volunteers. Resource person emphasized on the importance of conservation of water as well as surrounding biodiversity. He also motivated student volunteers for coming forward and participate in the constructive discussions of any relevant issues.
