ABOUT THE WORKSHOP:

Data Analysis is an important skill required by most researchers. This Workshop will cover Data Analysis using MS-Excel. Excel is a powerful tool which is very handy for doing all types of computations. It is very easy to learn and apply. The Workshop will teach Excel from the first principle. No prior knowledge of MS-Excel is required. Data Analysis will include basics of Statistics: Descriptive Statistics, Correlation, Testing of Hypothesis and Regression Analysis. Also every day usage of Excel will be covered. Emphasis will be given to cases studies and Lab sessions.

RESOURCE PERSON:
Faculty members from Manipur University: Statistics, Computer Science.

HOW TO APPLY:
Only Research Scholars of Manipur University may apply for the Workshop.  Registration form can be downloaded from the University website, www.manipuruniv.ac.in. Registration Forms may also be obtained from the Computer Centre and Computer Science Department, MU. Duly filled in Registration Forms may be submitted to the Computer Centre or a scan copy of the form can also be emailed to  excelworkshop@manipuruniv.ac.in
