About the Webinar Series

Forest is known as the most dominant ecosystem on the Earth with human interaction. It provides shelter to wildlife including animals, birds and insects, which have threat of changing climatic conditions and increasing human dominance. The present pandemic of COVID-19 is also considered as a result of deforestation in several literature and reports. Forest conservation programs throughout the world are more about its sustainable management focusing on the tangible benefits obtained from it like timber or non-timber products. Nevertheless, awareness about conserving wildlife is also raised. This webinar series focuses on the relevant issues related to threat of anthropogenic activities and other adversity on forests, wildlife, insects, and birds.
