Manipur University, 20/12/2021: The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between the Indira Gandhi National Tribal University, Amarkantak and Manipur University, Canchipur on 20/12/2021 in online mode. The Purpose of MoU is to promote academic exchange between the two Parties through mutual assistance in the area of teaching and research. The general framework for academic cooperation of the is to promote the following activities: 1. Two Annual Joint National Seminar on mutually agreed theme (one sponsored by MU and Another by IGNTU), 2. Faculty Exchange between the two Parties for a minimum of two (02) weeks and a maximum of six (06) months; and 3. Exchange of Research Scholars and students.
This MoU was signed and executed on Monday, 20th December, 2021 in present of Prof. Shriprakash Mani Tripathi, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, Indira Gandhi National Tribal University (IGNTU) Amarkantak (M.P.), Mr. P. Siluvainathan, Registrar IGNTU, Prof. Alok Shrotriya, Dean (Academics), IGNTU, Amarkantak and Prof. Naveen Kumar Sharma, Coordinator, International Affairs Office, IGNTU, Amarkantak from the IGNTU side. And Prof. N Lokendra Singh, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, Manipur University, Prof. W. Chandbabu Singh, Registrar, Manipur University, Prof. S. Mangi Singh, Dean, School of Social Sciences,Manipur University, Prof. K. Yugindro Singh, Dean, School of Mathematical and Physical Sciences, Manipur University, Prof. R K Hemakumar Singh,Dean, School of Engineering,Manipur University, Prof. T. Inaobi Singh,Dean, School of Education, Manipur University, Prof. Memcha Loitongbam, Director, IQAC, MU, Dr. O. Ranjit Singh, Advisor-Public Relations and Dr. RK Joteen Singh, Deputy Registrar, Manipur University were present from Manipur University side.
