MU observed 48th Foundation Day of JNC on 19/11/2020

Manipur University Students’ Union(MUSU) organized the 48th Foundation day of Jawaharlal Nehru Centre, Manipur at the JNU Centre Manipur Foundation Stone site starting from 11 am on 19/11/2020.
The function, organized by Manipur University Students Union was attended by Dean of Students Welfare Prof Th. Ratankumar, President MUSU Moirangthem Boby Singh, veteran politician, and former Minister O. Joy Singh, Mohd Lakee Ahmed Grandson Ex-CM Md Alimuddin, Mayengbam Veto Singh MCS former graced the function as Chief Guest, President, and Guests of Honours respectively.

Several Students, Research Scholars, and teachers led by the dignitaries present at the function paid floral tribute at the foundation stone of the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) PG Centre laid by Md. Alimuddin on November 19, 1972. Addressing the function, dignitaries and special invitees recollected the history of this centre and University.
