Worked as JRF in a DBT. Govt of India sponsored twinning research project entitled “Isolation characterization and Identification of the natural pigment of food and industrial value from filamentous fungi” from 2011 to 2012 in the Dept of Forestry NERIST under Dr. S. Sureshkumar Singh, Department of Forestry, NERIST (Deemed University), Arunachal Pradesh.
Worked on a project entitled “Taxonomy, biology and management of Leptocybe invasa Fisher & LaSalle, an invasive gall inducer on Eucalyptus” for M.Sc Forestry, under Dr Sudhir Singh, Scientist-E, Forest Entomology Division, Forest Research Institute, Dehradun.
Worked on “Chalcids (Important biocontrol agents)-Methodologies for their collection, preservation and taxonomic studies” for M.Sc Forestry III Semester Divisional attachment, under Dr Sudhir Singh, Scientist-E, Forest Entomology Division, Forest Research Institute, Dehradun..
Done a term paper entitled “Plantation techniques of some fodder species of hilly regions of Uttarakhabd” in M.Sc. II semester under Manisha Thapliyal, Scientist D, Silviculture Division, Forest Research Institute, Dehradun.
Worked on “Vegetative propagation of Bambusa balcooa by stem cutting” for M.Sc. I semester term paper under Mr. M. Z. Singson, ACF, NWFP Division, Forest Research Institute, Dehradun.
Worked on a project entitled “Diversity of soil micro-fungi in some forest soil of Manipur” (making of database) for Degree Forestry, under Dr. S. Sureshkumar Singh, Department of Forestry, NERIST (Deemed University), Arunachal Pradesh.

-100 DNA sequences (ITS region of nuclear DNA and matK, rbcL and psbA-trnH regions of chloroplast DNA) of 26 Musa (banana) specimens found in Manipur and Arunachal Pradesh have been submitted to NCBI Genbank.
