ABOUT FICC and FIC, Manipur University:

The Hon’ble Prime Minister of India launched the Fit India Movement on August, 29, 2019. He urged the people of the country to make fitness their life style. Today lifestyle diseases are on a rise in India affecting even the young. Cases of diabetes and hypertension are on the rise and even common among children in India. But small lifestyle changes can prevent these lifestyle diseases and help people to live a healthy and prosperous life. “Fit India Movement” is an effort to bring these small lifestyle changes.

As a part of Fit India Movement, Fit India Campaign Committee and Fit India Club, Manipur University to be taking initiative to be part of the novel Fit India Movement through various activities.

About the Competition:

With the current situation of COVID-19 and its implication on mental and physical health of people, Fit India Campaign Committee (FICC) and Fit India Club (FIC), Manipur University, Canchipur is going to organise the first ever Sports and Fitness Challenge quiz, so to engage the masses in a positive way, give them encouragement and opportunity to earn the platform of the knowledges during COVID-19 pandemic situation. The first ever Sports and Fitness Challenge quiz is being conducted to bring positivity, happiness, opportunity to earn and showcase their talent.

Prize List:

1st Prize - Rs. 3,000/- with E-Certificate

2nd Prize - Rs. 2,000/- with E-Certificate

3rd Prize - Rs. 1,000/- with E-Certificate

Consolation Prize: First 10 Candidates will be given E-Certificate only

  • Quiz Question will be asked Multiple Choice of Questions and link will be notified to the valid registered email during the schedule.

  • Total No of Question: 40

  • Time allotted: 1 Hour (11:00 – 12:00 Noon)

  • Marks for each correct answer: 2 mark

  • Penalty for each incorrect answer: 0 mark
